I have two Golden Retrievers and they are 5 and 7 years old, and getting to be a huge hassle. They are over weight and they jump on everybody. they famliy do not want to come over because they nock you on to the floor. They do not touch the adults and go for the smaller childern, is there any thing i can do to stop them from jumping?

whats weird is your dogs and my dog both have the same thing in common! first you could tell the people who are coming over just to completely ignore them. dont talk to them or pat them. you could just push them down and if they keep on doing this than you isolate them. isolate is where you put them into rooms and ignore them. put them into seprate rooms and if they carry on than just ignore them. wait for 30 seconds of quietness then let them out. just do this until they stop jumping on the people and soon you won't have that problem!
